What historical figure do you most identify with? Why?

Answering this question is somewhat difficult because I think to answer correctly I should have extensive knowledge of history especially the history of Chile. But it should be noted the courage, perseverance and piety of Bernardo O'Higgins. This man with great cunning achievement made so valuable that today is named Father of the Nation. Another fact that I liked your story is that he as a good devout and faithful Catholic, is entrusted to the Virgin del Carmen and calls all his army and nation as well as teach his troops this devotion to the Virgin.
If I had to appoint an influential figure in our history, would appoint the most current Holy Father Alberto Hurtado, for his great love for God and deprived society, which lived in precarious living conditions and needing the help of someone as capable and forerunner, as he was. I think there also many unsung heroes who are worthy stand out as all those men who gave their lives for the independence of our country, as well as all employees of San Alberto Hurtado.
