GETTING FINED BY LOOTING

Before making my comments about the topic of fined by looting I like to make the definition of loot. I asked in a dictionary and I found this is the obtaining goods, money, etc., obtained illegally. The looting occurred subsequent to the earthquake in the area of Concepcion showed the desperation and baseness of our people. Absolutely no doubt about that this action must be punished. In this opportunity occurred abuse unnecessarily that is unacceptable.
